Chris had a physical March 20 and it was generally all normal except for low platelets. Since that time he grew increasingly weak with pain in his groin area to discover a very swollen lymph node. He went to the doctor for blood work and it showed a continued drop in platelets. He has had an appt with hematologist / oncologist and the Lord provided an open window for both an abdomen ultrasound and lymph node biopsy. We will get results on Tuesday Thailand time 11:30 am, and that day he will also have a bone marrow biopsy/aspiration.
Chris and I will make an out and back trip on Monday to Bangkok to get a CTPET scan since the machine in Chiang Mai is broken. The Lord opened a window for this on Monday, where other options were much later in the week and during important days for our kids…cant miss the 6th grade band concert!
Chris had a good day today, Sat, with improved color.
The Lord is providing many gifts in his lovingkindness.
