This week is American Thanksgiving, and I am so thankful…
Thankful for God’s healing me from stage 4 lymphoma
Thankful to be in the US during this week so that our family could join together with my siblings and their families for a special week together. A year ago, before cancer, this wasn’t in our plans…but God already had this in mind.
Thankful for skilled doctors and nurses and their care for me over the past 6 months.
Thankful for your prayers, for the support and care of family and friends through this journey.
Thankful for God drawing me closer to Him through difficult experiences.

I give all credit and glory to God for his healing power, healing me from stage 4 lymphoma! Watch the video below as I share this story of God working. If your church or small group has prayed for me, feel free to share this with them so they can be encouraged.

  18. I am so happy that it was God’s plan to have you linger with us here on Earth a while longer, serving the Lord together. Although some things get our attention more than others, each of us that knows the Lord as Savior has so much to be thankful for. We wish you and your extended family a blessed Thanksgiving Day.

    Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

    Confidence in His mercy and grace. Your healing thus far emboldens our faith in our great high priest. Godspeed back “home”. Grace

  20. God definitely has His hand upon you and keeping you for a purpose where He sees the outcome.
    Why have you almost died or been totally taken out of commission twice in two years!?
    The enemy has tried but God is victorious! His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
    You two have remained faithful, full of faith and hope, embracing ‘God’s will be done’.
    These Ebenezer markers give witness to God’s glory, goodness and faithfulness.
    Praise the Lord !!!

    God’s care for His children.

    We will miss seeing the kids but know God has given them an opportunity to experience many “American” traditions as well as having new friends here at NPC.
