July 17 Video Chemo Update

I recorded this video yesterday, July 17th, with some clips from both round 2 and round 3 chemo. I thought you might like to see what a day at the infusion center is like for me and many others who are going through chemotherapy treatment. God has been so good to me!

27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.

Thanks to many of you who have faithfully commented and encouraged us in this journey, filling us with hope and reminders of Scripture. Thank you Grace for reminding me that I am His sheep and He is my shepherd today 🙂

    Thank you for the walk through of your experience with the chemo treatment. You made it so clear what isn’t like and very educational for those of us who have not had to go through this.

  7. Thanks so much for the updates, Chris and Becca, and praise God for all the remarkable things that God is doing in and around you! We are continuing to stand with you in prayer and will especially pray for the cancer to be in remission by October.

  11. Chris, you are a brave warrior. I cannot imagine recording a video during a chemo treatment. And the active life and fight you’ve decided to demonstrate to your children. Those will become indellible memories. And to see how you have been cared for is another demonstration of God’s hands and feet. This is what it’s all about. I praise God for you!

  14. Super video overview of what you go through with your treatments, Chris. Praising and praying with you all. Especially re the side effects. The regimen with Rituxan sounds very much like my mom’s treatment (but it was not followed by cancer fighting chemo, just trying to raise her unexplained very low platelets.)
