Finance Update
While we have lived in the US for more than a year, our budget was updated this summer with our new cost-of-living realities. Since January 1, 2025 we have been supported at 90% of what Wycliffe has determined our needs to be. Our financial supporters have been abundantly faithful, we are so grateful. The approximately 10% deficit is due to the significant cost of living differences between living in Northern Thailand and living in the US, although annually we experience an attrition of 1-3 partners due normal life transitions. For instance, in Thailand, we can go to a local restaurant for Thai food for about $15 for our family and house rental costs are about $350 per month.
If you would like more information regarding our financial needs please contact us. If you would like to partner with us, you can give regularly via a tax-deductible gift to our Wycliffe ministry (10% Wycliffe overhead + US income taxes for us).
Some people ask how they can give a personal gift to help with medical or transition expenses. This would not be for ministry expenses and is not tax-deductible. It also doesn’t have the 10% overhead or count as US taxes for us.
Here are some methods for helping financially, if that is something you’d like to do:

Again, I want to say how much your prayers and encouragement mean to our family through such a difficult time. God has been so kind!
